With a background in IT project management in the business intelligence and biotech industries, Nathaly’s career began in 2008 in Chicago. After leaving the corporate world due to conflicting values during a merger, she founded Unicorn Properties. Specializing in prop-tech, AI, eco-living, and sustainable construction, Nathaly has become a global force in real estate. As Founder & CEO of Unicorn Properties, she has built a platform that elevates local realtors into international players. Her expertise extends to facilitating cross-border real estate transactions with a special focus on the Mexican market, where she integrates cutting-edge technologies to streamline operations. Nathaly’s ability to intuitively listen and assess individual needs has made her a leader in global real estate coaching, ensuring her clients and team members achieve success.
